In line with the new apartment buildings being built in the upscale neighborhoods, this one was designed in 1939 by architect René Ajoux, in the Modernist style.
The sober facade dressed in beige ceramic is softened by the rounded windows and balconies.
Beautiful and wide rectilinear entrance in hard stone, enhanced on both sides by two round windows typical of the Streamline style.
