A fine example of a Modernist-style bourgeois house designed by Dutch architect Christiaan Bartels in 1928.

Beautiful entrance and garage doors designed by the architect, surmounted by decorative glass boxes.

The upstairs bow window has a very unusual asymmetrical shape that gives the facade all its personality.

In excellent condition.
