In the series of houses built by Jean De Ligne on the same street, we find this one at N°34, built in 1923.

It combines several styles, Dutch on the ground floor, with this window half closed by shutters and adorned with small Art Deco stained glass.

The bow window on the first floor is reminiscent of  English art & crafts, hence its qualifier "Eclectic". The whole nevertheless exudes a lot of charm.
