Located on the beautiful avenue Louis Bertrand, urbanized at the end of the 19th century, and lined with extravagant buildings, this residential house with a very busy facade, was designed by Art Nouveau architect Gustave Strauven in 1906.

Bourgeois house in its creation, it became an apartment building, without however having undergone serious alterations.

Its main features such as woodwork and ironwork have remained well preserved, as have the decorative elements inside.
