Louis Tenaerts, the architect with 1,650 houses, signed here in 1933, a little Art Deco jewel for Mr Valentin Marit.
The structure was very modern for the time, the usual three adjoining rooms were no longer considered. Everything revolves around the stairwell that goes through the living rooms.
A large stained glass window illuminates the staircase from top to bottom.
The facade ornaments seem exaggerated but give it all its personality.
The current owners have perfectly restored the facade, giving it back its former splendor.
