Architect Daniel Lipszyc designed this house in 1963, in this particular style nicknamed "Spirou", taking up the main lines of the movement: one-storey building, flat roof, oblique lines, parts of the facade in natural stone and large bay windows.
Unfortunately, there are few examples of these houses left, this trend was short-lived, undoubtedly too avant-garde...
The 70s saw the birth of houses without soul or genius.
