Modernist building with Art Deco accents, designed by architect René Delbecq in 1934.
The five-story facade, under a recessed roof, is made of white cement render.
Most of the woodwork has been replaced.
The ground floor features a beautiful double entrance door adorned with Art Deco ironwork.
It is set beneath an imposing, rounded canopy, entirely adorned with green, gold, and black mosaics. Small mosaic friezes mark the two pilasters.
A fine signature of the architect.
The entrance hall retains its mosaic floor in the same colors and its original woodwork.
The building has been listed in the legal inventory since August 2024.
