This peaceful street has several houses by the same architect Jean De Ligne, this one built in 1921, almost on the same plan as No.34, has a beautiful entrance porch in a semicircular arch.

Note the care taken in the masonry work, the small Art & Craft stained glass and the closed loggia on the first floor.
