Architect Emile De Ligne, designed this rather classic house in 1903, in the midst of the Art Nouveau period.
It is the ground floor that caught our attention with the care given to the entrance porch decorated with very pretty Art Nouveau tiles, and four elegant cast iron columns.
Small columns which are also found supporting the lintel in front of the window.
The entrance door was also designed with great care.
The wide loggia on the first floor rests on a rather classic, well-designed corbelling. Everything is in a very good state of preservation.
