Private mansion designed by architect Victor Horta in 1903, in a "soft" Art Nouveau style for lawyer Max Hallet.

Listed as a historical monument since October 16, 1975.

The building was completely restored in 2001 and then again in 2007 by Barbara Van der Wee, a great specialist in Horta architecture.

The hotel is now occupied by its current owner Michel Gilbert (since 2008), it is possible to visit it at certain times of the year, by reservation only (see web site).
