Modernist-style building designed by Maurice D’Hond in 1935.
Symmetrical facade, centered on a semi-rounded central column.
It is entirely covered in stone-colored marbrite over its entire height and green marbrite over the central section and the entrance porch.
The architect plays with uneven levels, horizontal lines, and curved corners to give rhythm to the facade.
The metal entrance door, still very Art Deco, is framed by an imposing semicircular arch border, also in marbrite.
The whole is in good condition.
