Architect Joe Raemakers designed this small Art Deco apartment building in 1934.
The facade is made of yellow bricks (already very modernist) and bricks with purplish tones, it is punctuated by three triangular oriels, and window bands on each floor.
The architect, inspired by the triangle, designed a very particular entrance gate with a broken arch, made of brown and gold enamelled ceramics.
The door itself resumes the triangular shape.
The original frames have unfortunately been replaced by large white frames.
