Jean-Jules Eggericx signed this house in 1928, for which he received the Van de Ven prize in 1929.
It is very similar to the Petrucci-Wolfers hotel built in 1926. Sober facade in dark bricks, influenced by the Amsterdam School.
The original frames have been replaced, however respecting the original design, even if the thicknesses have varied.
The whole is in very good condition.
