Very atypical house in the Brussels urban landscape, it was built in 1927 by Joseph Van Tuyn, in the "Eclectic of picturesque inspiration" style.

This was his personal home and workplace.

Signature on the right side of the facade.

A lovely bas-relief represents his profession showing a cherub with a compass and a triangle in front of a coat of arms.

The facade is very decorated, it looks like a seaside house with shutters and half-timbering, it has been very well restored and is in excellent condition.
