In this then new post-war peripheral district, architect Georges de Hens designed this modern apartment building in 1959, very inspired by the Expo 58 architectural codes.
The entrance on the top of a light staircase is framed in red and dressed with an abstract metal decoration.
The bottom of the windows as well as the concrete parts which surround them are dressed in blue.
The entrance hall is also so typical, with its original wooden elements and its somewhat anxiety inducing "expressionist" painting ... it must be said.
This building has stood the test of time. It’s quite rare.
