Beautiful classic “Californian” villa designed by Alexis Dumont in 1923, best known for his monumental constructions such as building A of the ULB (Université Libre de Bruxelles), the Citroën garage, now Kanal-Center Pompidou, the Shell building, the Institute of Arts and Trades or the Ravenstein Gallery.

A very long career in service of Belgian architecture.

The opulent villa has a facade all in volumes and uses the curved corner lot in the best way. The walls pink color reinforces its "Beverly Hills" aspect.

Good state of conservation.
