Surprising house on three different levels, designed by François Van Meulecom in 1923.
The architect was the student and assistant of Jean Baptiste Dewin before setting out on his own.
The facade is quite surprising, with its recessed trapezoidal entrance covered by a small awning.
The windows follow the shape and are made of small wooden frames painted yellow and red. An ironwork gate protects the entrance.
The first floor has three windows on the same plan, but the balcony with ironwork follows the trapezoidal plan of the basement.
The third floor is set back and decorated with elegant ironwork, a large overhanging cornice overlooks the whole.
A beautiful architect’s signature is visible at the bottom right of the facade.
The whole is in good condition and has been carefully restored.
