René Ajoux designed this modernist building in 1932.

A huge overflowing and curvaceous cornice crowns this building of yellow bricks alternated with red ceramics.

The facade is symmetrical with in the central bay a high bay window decorated with ceramics, illuminating the stairwell.

The front door is quite small, surrounded by a commercial space on one side and a porte-cochere on the other.

Everything is pretty well preserved.
