Among a series of five houses designed by the same architect, Raphaël Lambin, this one stands out, more neat and better preserved than the others.
Built in 1932, it stands out with its beautiful entrance porch framed by a very elaborate geometric decoration in mosaics.
The front door, lined up with stained past-glass windows, has fortunately retained its original appearance.
The whole façade, with somewhat surprising proportions and set-up, the rather small windows, the rounded balcony, the masonrywork alternating verticalities and horizontalities, everything contributes to giving this façade a nice personality.
Even the surrounding walls and their ironwork are from the period.
The current owners have in any case managed to preserve all the period attributes.
