Here is a very special house, a mixture of Art Deco and modernism, with a curious oriel window in spur.
Designed by architect Jules Ghobert in 1923.
The ground floor is very different from the rest of the facade with its chevron pattern carved hard stone and punctuated by vertical lines.
These patterns are found on all floors in various forms.
Pretty stained glass windows decorate the tympanum above the entrance door as well as the three windows of the first floor.
The architect designed a quite elaborate brickwork.
The whole is in a very good state of conservation but would deserve a good cleaning to highlight the work of the bricks and stones and thus regain its former glance.
