Here is one of the last beautiful store window testimonials from the 20s/30s.

Unknown architect and stained glass artist.

This storefront was that of a paint shop, with its facade and its tiled sign announcing “L’ETOILE VERTE”.

The stained glass windows are particularly pretty and fortunately intact.

It is today, in this district which has evolved a lot in recent years, an inspired artist's workshop.

Also to be seen in the same rue Blaes at number 204, a beautiful Art-Deco typography, “TRIPERIE” and on the rue Haute at number 224, “ALEX”.
