Set back on Avenue Hamoir, this remarkable villa in pure Art Deco style was built in 1929 by architect De Vleeschouwer.
Very opulent villa, alternating curves and straight lines. Doors and windows are surrounded by small columns decorated with mosaics in green and gold.
Beautiful ironwork protects the windows on the ground floor, as well as the balconies.
The architect favored fine decorations, such as the frieze that decorates the bottom of the facade. The entrance portico is beautifully decorated, with mosaics, from floor to ceiling.
