Beautiful bourgeois house designed, like its two neighbors, by architect Gustave Leemans in 1911, in Art Nouveau-Classic style for No.11.
The two neighboring houses are more classically built.
This one also bears, on the second floor, a beautiful 1912 vintage surrounded by two cherubs.
In 1962, the two windows on the ground floor gave way to a garage (which denotes a little). The whole, including the sgraffito, has recently been remarkably restored.
