Narrow terraced house located rue Philippe Le Bon 55, designed by architect Armand Van Waesberghe in 1898, in Art Nouveau style.

The facade is relatively loaded, alternating colored bricks, carved door frames and windows, fairly imposing wooden loggia, floral stained glass above the front door.

The cornice is surmounted by 3 very particular roof dormers.

A second similar house is located on Square Gutenberg at n° 5, designed by the same architect for the same owner.
