Ernest Blerot, signs here in 1904 the creation of two terraced houses which seem to make only one, rather classic style but tinged with Art Nouveau in its decorations, especially the very studied flamboyant floral style ironwork.

The garden in front of the house is particularly provided with very vegetal shaped ironwork.

The contrast is surprising between this house and the adjoining modernist building, "La Cascade".
