Architect Paul Hamesse designed this studio-house in 1898, undoubtedly his first achievement, for the painter-decorator Arthur Rogiers.

Beautiful geometric Art Nouveau architecture, still very influenced by his master Paul Hankar.

Beautiful signature of the architect to the right of the front door.

The house has been remarkably restored by its last owners and can be visited on certain days.

Building listed in August 1988.
