Luxurious mansion designed in 1928 by architect Fernand Petit at the corner of rue Géo Bernier and rue Emile Duray, the architect intelligently used the land to deploy a vast facade in the shape of a large concave V. A fine example of Art Deco, elegant and sober.
Completely transformed during the 90s, the facade has not been damaged.
It is difficult to see the building from the street, as it is discreetly hidden behind high fences.
