Designed in 1930 by architect Fernand Petit, this large and majestic Art Deco-style house has an atypical facade in two asymmetrical parts.
The round stairwell located in the middle of the main façade, with its stained glass, gives extra volume to the whole.
The right part of the building offers two large screened bays, which allow a view of the gardens.
The building is occupied by ULB (Université Libre de Bruxelles) offices.
