Built in 1899 by Art Nouveau architect Georges Delcoigne for his personal use, this house has a superb facade in "Floral" style.
Very balanced despite the great variety of decorations, sculpted stones, very elaborate woodwork, stained glass and sgraffito.
The building exudes a certain majesty. The architect made it his portfolio.
Very well preserved and restored with great care in respect of the original project.
Building listed in 2006.
Crossing the vast square, just opposite, you can admire at No.41, the Van Bellinghen Tomberg House and its magnificent facade, by Ernest Blerot.
