Large villa designed in 1934 by Louis-Herman De Koninck, in his own Modernist-rationalist style.
Concrete walls, horizontal windows, portholes and tubular balustrades.
Rather austere architecture, very close to the precepts of the Bauhaus and breaking with the architectural criteria of the time.
The house is not easily visible from the street, being built on a promontory, and hidden by the trees in the garden.
Building classified in February 1984, and again in February 1995
