Bourgeois Art Nouveau house, designed by Edmond Pelseneer in 1900 for contractor, Pierre Dricot.

From this facade, all in pictures, we should especially admire the magnificent sgraffito realized by Paul Cauchie.

They represent the construction trades performed by the owner’s company.

Remarkably restored in 2017, thanks to subsidies from the Brussels Region.
