Remarkable Art Deco style mansion, designed by Georges Dedoyard.

Located at the corner of Avenue des Phalènes and Avenue Franklin Roosevelt, it features an entrance gate surmounted by a superb bas-relief depicting the rising sun.

Near this building, many admirable buildings deserve to be seen such as the Château Delune, two twin villas of Adrien Blomme as well as his offices and residence just opposite, not to mention the Villa Empain by architect Michel Polak which houses the Boghossian Foundation.
