Architect Victor Duyckers signed this beautiful modernist facade in 1937. The house is located in a pretty row of modernist houses, but this one caught our attention with its elegance, simplicity and originality.
All in horizontality and verticality, with its horizontal window on the first floor and its rounded curve extended in the overhanging wall, and the verticality of the high window illuminating the stairwell.
One can be surprised at the narrowness of the front door.
The house has been perfectly restored and is in very good condition.
