Less known than his famous colleagues, Fernand Lefever designed a few Art Nouveau houses in Koekelberg, some of which are on the same avenue, but of much simpler concept.
This one was his personal home, built in 1913, in the geometric Art Nouveau style.
He called on Paul Cauchie for the sgraffito on the front door and the first floor window.
Building classified in February 2006
