Modernist building, designed by architect L. Homez in 1928, as a bourgeois house with workshop.
Large facade, quite strict, on two levels in painted plaster.
Divided in width by large continuous balconies, with loggia on the first floor.
The well-designed ground floor, with projections and recesses, has a garage entrance and two pedestrian doors, one private and the other with access to the workshop, the base is in washed granito.
The metal frames are original. The current owner has taken care to keep the commercial indications in metal letters.
The whole has been recently restored, and is in excellent condition.
