Bourgeois Art Deco style house, designed by architect Alfred Nyst in 1922, for stockbroker Jules Fournier.

The rather sober facade features beautiful geometric decorations made of ceramic tiles and beautiful interplay of bricks.

Very beautiful front door surmounted by a canopy decorated with mosaics. Luxurious treatment of the street number in copper and glass.

The underside of the overhanging cornice and windows are remarkably treated.

Listed building since March 1995
