Beautiful building among the some 260 buildings erected by the municipality of Schaerbeek between 1902 and 1980, in order to relocate the most disadvantaged inhabitants, and to allow property access to families with low incomes.

The association then called on renowned architects (Henri Jacobs, Charles Roulet) who designed apartment buildings, but also garden cities which are still pleasant to live in today. Charles Roulet designed the block of buildings, consisting of 156 apartments, located between Chaussée de Helmet, Rue de l'Agriculture and Rue Adolphe Marbotin.

Beautiful, well-kept, regular facades in red brick pierced by narrow windows with small balconies. The whole has been recently restored and looks very good.
