Tall house signed Benjamin de Lestré de Fabribeckers, in 1905.

Beautiful in stone carved signature.

The architect applied the Art Nouveau rules, asymmetry of the facade, horseshoe arch windows, bow window topped by a balcony, he used geometric ornaments for both woodwork and ironwork.

The same design is found on the front doors and the balconies ironwork.

This motif is also found in other works by the architect, notably 92 rue Africaine.
