Located on the prestigious Avenue Molière, a remarkable bourgeois house designed by architect Jean Baptiste Dewin in 1905, in the Art Nouveau-geometric style, inspired by "Viennese secession".

It was his private home and workplace. He took the greatest care in the finishes and ornaments such as mosaics and stained glass. Beautiful signature in the stone.

The entire facade and the garden elements (floors and railings) have been remarkably restored.

Building classified in November 2007.
