Very astonishing house mixing Neo-Gothic and Art Nouveau styles.
Architect Edouard Ramaekers designed it in 1899, as a total work, exceptional stained glass windows, sgraffito, elaborate ironwork. This is his "signature house".
Everything is thought out, designed and executed by the architect with the greatest care.
He lived there until 1941.
The building has been remarkably restored and has been listed since March 2007.
