This tall, narrow house, the latest in a series of three, designed by architect Frans Hemelshoet, caught our attention with its Art Nouveau character.

The architect designed it in 1913.

While the lower part is still neoclassical like its neighbors, the upper part offers to see some interesting elements, such as the bow window with its curved panes, the two rounded windows on the upper floors, the beautiful sgraffito on the tympanum, designed by Paul Cauchie, and the arched cornice.

The house has been recently restored.
