Before his so-called “playful” period at the end of the 1950s, Raoul Brunswyck designed single-family houses with bel-etage where we still find some classic attributes.
This one presents the elevation so dear to Brunswyck, a bel-etage above the garage and entrance, flat roof and overhanging cornice.
A little mermaid in relief decorates the between-two floors.
Garage door and entrance seem to be original, evidenced by the glass paste that decorates the garage door.
The glass brick wall letting in natural light is also one of the architect's favorite elements.
