Architect Jacques Obozinski, designed this Modernist house in 1932 for symbolist painter Jean Borin. His workshop was located at the rear of the building.

Beautiful classic modernist facade, composed of a left span with a spur oriel window which makes all its specificity, and a right span with the entrance door topped by a bay window which illuminates the stairwell.

The front door is surrounded by purple glass brick walls.

Beautiful balance of forms for this perfectly restored and well maintained house.
