Architect Raphaƫl Delville, designed this building in 1938 on the Avenue Charles Woeste rich in very original houses.

The vast building must have stood out among the private houses. Built in Streamline Modern-style, the building has a seven-storey facade, in pinkish simili stone.

Two beautiful bas-reliefs decorate the front door on either side. The handrails and round ornaments, as well as the garage doors round windows are typical of the Streamline style.

The whole is reminiscent of certain Parisian buildings dating from this period.
