Built, like its neighbor, by architect Jean E. Dumont, engraved signature in the entrance portico.
This large villa was probably built a little later.
Superb ensemble all in symmetries. The facade on the avenue side is relatively blind, just pierced by a few narrow windows placed symmetrically.
As in many of the new house designs from the 1960s, this one is mainly open towards the garden, preserving the family’s privacy. Restored with care and respect for the original design.
