Townhouse, in De Koninck’s characteristic style.

Cubic building, large black lattice windows, small entrance door under a curved, forward-facing concrete canopy, and double-leaf garage door.

Originally, the thin metal frames were to be painted white.

Clad in rendered and painted concrete, the two sides of the front facade are made of geometrically laid bricks. These also cover the whole side facade.

The house is in good condition, having been recently restored.

It has been listed in the legal inventory since August 2024.
