Very interesting apartment building designed in 1935 by architect Camille Breeus.
Beautiful ceramic signature on the left on the ground floor.
Everything here is orderly and neat, perfectly symmetrical, with its entrance gate surrounded by green, black and yellow ceramics. Green is also applied to the window sills, woodwork and the front door with its very geometric cut window.
The stairwell is lit from top to bottom by a large window. The window frames appear to be the original ones, which is rare.
Even the garden facing the street has been precisely and carefully designed.
The whole has been well restored and is well maintained.
