At No.142 rue Antoine Bréart, architect Paul Lebon signed this beautiful terraced house in 1927 for his personal use, as evidenced by the bronze street sign integrated into the front door.
Beautiful facade, well balanced, alternating yellow brick and Belgian hard stone elements, oriel and balcony.
Curiously, Paul Lebon signed in those years some apartment buildings and private houses without much creativity and originality.
