Architect Jacques Obozinski designed the plans for this modernist building in 1928 on behalf of lawyer Emile Janson.

It was used as his office and private apartments.

Beautiful large, symmetrical painted plaster facade, which has not undergone any major changes, except for the original garage door located to the left of the entrance door; it was replaced by a window... Everywhere else, it's very often the opposite.

The beautiful front door is surrounded by small blue and ocher tiles.

Building currently occupied by offices.
