Beautiful facade for this Modernist building, with Art Deco elements.
Construction date and architect unknown. It must date from the thirties like its neighbors. Note the horizontal windows separated by decorative zigzag elements.
The Belgian hard stones on either side of the front door, somehow echo the windows designs.
Above the front door, a glass brick wall illuminates the entrance hall.
The garage door has (unfortunately) been replaced by a PVC sectional door...
